The Standard Oceanside Room offers full or partial views of the ocean. These rooms are all located on the seaside of the property with spacious patios or balconies that face onto the central courtyard with the children’s mini pool; they all provide a view of the stunning Dover Beach. The Standard Oceanside Rooms view rooms offer an unparalleled value for money with locally designed and crafted wooden furniture providing a high level of finishes, and comfort that belies the price. Rooms all have en suite bathrooms with showers.

The One-Bedroom Pool View Room, located on the landside, feature a private bedroom with a locally handcrafted wooden queen bed. They also offer a spacious living area with, a locally handcrafted wooden queen bed and a sitting area. This living area leads onto a spacious patio or balcony with views of the central pool and grounds. These rooms are perfect for families or groups who are seeking a comfortable private living in a central location.

One Bedroom Oceanview
Our one-bedroom oceanview rooms provide spacious living combined with incredible views from the balconies to the courtyard and the beautiful Dover Beach. Walk into a spacious living room with a cozy alcove featuring a small dining area with a refrigerator and microwave. The queen sofa bed is an excellent feature of this room as it offers additional sleeping space. The bedroom sits behind traditional, Barbadian wooden, jalousie shutters and features a king bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom.

Superior Oceanview Room
Double Occupancy: The superior rooms are located on the second level of the property and feature spacious balconies that look directly on to the white sands and aquamarine waters of the Dover Beach. With only four rooms available in this category these rooms must be booked early to avoid disappointment. The rooms adjoin and are also an excellent option for families, especially since the patios are fully enclosed. They all have comfortable en suite bathrooms with a tub or shower and ample closet space.
This room is located on the Seaside of the property. A maximum occupancy of 2 persons. A queen-sized bed that offers unobstructed views of the ocean.

-Valued Added Tax – 7.5 % until December 31st, 2021 and 10% from the 1st

-Barbados Hotel Tourism Tax – $1.00 USD/$2.00 BDS per night (this tax is voluntary and at the discretion of the guest).
-Governmental room levy – $4.38 USD/ $8.75 BDS per night, per room.
This tax is mandatory.
A fully refundable security deposit of US $100.00 per room in cash, or by credit card authorization is required on check-in, we require the deposit for any incidental, or additional, charges which might occur during the guest’s stay.
