Policies

  • No pets are allowed at Mercedes’ Place or on the premises at any time. 

  • No Guests in excess of the numbers stated above shall stay at Mercedes’ Place or use

    the facilities.

  • If unauthorized guests are found staying at Mercedes’ Place or using the facilities
    without prior consent from Mercedes Place Management, they would be removed.

  • No smoking allowed in doors.

  • No house parties or functions are allowed.

50% deposit is required to make a reservation, balance is due two weeks prior to checking.
If the date when reservation is made is less than two weeks prior to check in, full payment is required.
Check in is at 3:00 pm, Checkout is at 11:00 am.
All rates are per night and shown in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges.
Security deposit is required for incidentals.
For full refund, cancellation must be made two weeks prior to check-in.
