Cancellation Policy

Our usual cancellation policies are as follows:

  • Any changes to or cancellation of a reservation will result in fees charged to the guest ranging from a minimum of one night up to the total cost of the guest’s stay.
  • All cancellations or changes will incur a US$25.00 fee.
  • Cancellations or changes occurring within seven days of 12:01 p.m. Eastern Standard Time of the day on which the guest is scheduled to check into the Hotel are subject to 100% penalty.
  • Cancellations or changes occurring within seven days of the day on which the guest is scheduled to check into the Hotel are subject to a one (1) night room penalty for stays up to seven (7) nights and three (3) nights room penalty for stays of seven (7) nights or more. These charges are in addition to the US$25.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations or changes made on or after the check-in date are subject to a 100% charge.
  • No shows are subject to a 100% penalty.
  • No refunds will be given for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
  • Discounted monthly rates must be paid via bank draft or cash. Any other method will be at an adjusted rate.
  • Guests should provide the dates they arrive and leave for their bookings and should double check booking confirmations to ensure that rates and booking details are accurate.
  • Bank drafts must be presented on check in as they are held for 21 days by local banks. Drafts must be made for the bill amount as no cash refunds or exchanges are provided by the banks until they have cleared.

1. Reservation of Rooms
Rooms reserved online will be held as per the terms and conditions outlined in the booking.

2. Rates
The room rates for Pirate’s Inn are quoted in United States Dollars (excluding all tax rates and other charges unless otherwise specified).

3. Payment Policy
Payments will be taken by the hotel using the credit card provided and the provision of this information signifies consent to charge the card. In the event of any issues, the guest will be contacted.
